Ganghai Group co.,ltd （Zhejiang Ganghai industrial&commercial Co,LTD）was set up in 1992,its former was No.1 steel pipe factory. which lies in Suchuan industy area Yongkang city,ZheJiang province (aside of G330) and the main production is P/M product's combining with industy,technology and trade . The large scale enterprise pay for 10 years to extension and development become as a group combinging with multiple industrials and diversification management.
The main product scope of Group are cold- rolled strip processing, longitudinal , product and sell about pipe products,steel pipe includeing more than 300 models which has flat-thinness, strip steel,round pipe,flat type ect,The steel pipe goods hava more than 100 models including beach chair,sun umbrella,motor-bicycle ect. The company's existing 30 welded tube product line and 15 cold-rolled strip steel productt line and now group has the ability to produce 200.000 tons strip steel ,200.000 tons steel pipe.It has been one of the biggest steel pipe manufacturing enterprise in Huadong area,and the biggest industrial company in Zhejiang Province , and the only enterprise which owns the special line of JinWen railway ,which pipe-products was sell to the most developed areas in the southeast coast of China and more than 10 provinces and cities in mainland,In 2000 the company get the right to operate import and export trade, now its products are exporetd to Rurope,America,southest Asia,etc,cuntries and regions.
Now ,Ganghai owns fixed assets 800.000.000rmb, registered funds 125.000.000rmb ,2500 staffs and covers an area of 300.000 square merters.Group in order to adapt the competition of market and the development of enterprise ,build up five subsidiary companies: Zhejiang suopu industrial&commercial Co,LTD,Zhejiang lianchuan investment Co,LTD,Yongkang ganghai logistic Co,LTD,Yongkang zhongyi assure Co,ltd,Yongkang ganghai industry&trady Co,ltd ealy or late.also improve the step about the management of the company. 2006 output achieve 86.000.000rmb, sales reached 85.000.000rmb, revenue more than 2300 0000rmb. exports more than 2,000 .000 dollars.The company is awarded with AAA credit enterprise of construction bank of province, chosen as AAA grade unit of Jinghua,one of the 50 good town enterprises of Jinhua. At the same time ,it was chosen as "stress the cultivation carrier enterprise" ,"ra-tepaying unit"by Yongkang goverment.
Now ,Ganghai invested 80.000.000 rmb for the new factory of project had completed;the third pipe product line is used; pass the ISO9001 Quality System Certification; invested 60.000.000rmb for annual production of cold-rolled thin strip technology projects with 100.000 tons will be further extended metallurgical products, the processing and product upgrades.
